This is a Workout Program for Intermediate to Advanced athletes. It will give you everything you need to build strenght and also endurance while putting on some muscle mass.
It will be a 6 week workout program.
Exercise video guides. Follow up with me.
You will need a pull up bar and dip bar. With the pull up bar you must be able to perform muscle ups.
If you have any extra weights even better.
Most of the workouts can be done at home.
