Planche Program Advanced - Level 3

With this program you will learn how to perform a straddle and full planche. It's divided into this two specific goals. A total of 17 weeks (depending on your progress and work, as well as your adaptation to the planche) that you will have guidance and in order for you to reach the so desired goal - FULL PLANCHE.

In order to be able to perform well in this program, you have to have already a good amount of strength in the planche position (that you get from the previous programs - level 1 and 2), but quickly: you must be able to hold a solid tuck planche, know and perform a good half lay position (5 seconds at least) and be ready to keep progressing with the planche. Is that you?

This is an extense program, with a lot of research, self experiment, and knowledge. Here you will find different routines and exercises to help you reach the final goal when it comes to planche training.

You will have the fundamental exercises, complementary exercises and specific exercises in this routine. The program will evolve and progress through time and you will always have the opportunity to progress with it or change it the way you need to.

You will have my guidance if you want to, and you can ask for advice, tips and for changes in the program!
