Beginner Planche Program - Level 1.

This program is for athletes who are just starting with the planche training and have not experience with it. It will take you from the basics of the planche, building the strength on your body, in order to be able to hold this position the best way.

You will have the fundamental exercises, complementary exercises and specific exercises in this routine. The program will evolve and progress through time and you will always have the opportunity to progress with it or change it the way you need to.

It's made to help you reach the first goal - the tuck planche - and to build strength to start the next level and preparing you for the end goal - the full planche.


You will have my guidance if you want to, and you can ask for advice, tips and for changes in the program!
