Planche Program - Intermediate
Planche Program Intermediate - Level 2
This program is for you that can already perform a solid tuck planche (if you can't check the planche program level 1, for the complete beginner).
Through the program you will solidify you tuck planche, learn the advanced tuck planche and finish it by holding a half lay planche. You will build more stability and strength in the planche progression position in order to prepare yourself to the next step! Additionally, you will understand how to open your hips on the planche and hold it with a posterior pelvic tilt that is most of the times forgotten.
You will have the fundamental exercises, complementary exercises and specific exercises in this routine. The program will evolve and progress through time and you will always have the opportunity to progress with it or change it the way you need to.
You will have my guidance if you want to, and you can ask for advice, tips and for changes in the program!
