Welcome to the Handstand Program. With this program, you will be able to start from zero and reach an handstand hold.

The handstand may look like one of the easiest calisthenics skills but, the truth, is that it isn’t! You can learn it fast and hold fast as well, but you can make a lot of mistakes (like I did) and when you want to correct them they are just 10 times harder. Let me give you an example: handstand line. My line at the beginning was bad, really bad! And for some years I practiced that way, wrongly, until I decided to correct it. Well… not so fast. I’m still doing it after some years of practicing because my body just adapted to the other position and that can happen if you don’t take care of it from the beginning.

With this program I will show you what you should avoid and how you should train so that you don’t make the same mistakes I did and make you handstand journey harder!

The program is made of 6 weeks. For some it will be enough to reach the main goal, for other it won’t be, that’s why at the end of the program you have an assessment part, so that you know if you need more work or not.

Each week of the program has different amount of days of training. You can do each one separately or as a complement to other workouts or exercises you are working. Make sure you start with this one in every training that you complement in order to have the best results.
